　　According to the measures,Shenzhen will improve the construction quality with high standards.Accelerate the application of building information model technology.We should guide the wide application of BIM Technology in engineering construction projects,improve the informatization and intelligent management level of projects,and improve the quality of construction projects.For those that meet the relevant standards and requirements of Bim in the country,Guangdong Province and Shenzhen,and are rated as BIM Technology application demonstration projects by the municipal construction department,the maximum subsidy is 15 yuan per square meter of the construction area,and the upper limit of the subsidy for a single project is 1.5 million yuan,which does not exceed 3%of the construction and installation cost of the project.The same project is only funded once.

　　At the same time,vigorously promote the quality improvement of prefabricated construction projects,guide and cultivate enterprises to strengthen integrated application and technological innovation,and constantly improve the level of construction industrialization.For projects that meet the relevant standards and requirements of the state,Guangdong Province and Shenzhen for prefabricated buildings and are rated as demonstration projects by the national,provincial or municipal construction authorities,the maximum subsidy is 100 yuan per square meter of the construction area,and the upper limit of the subsidy for a single project is 8million yuan,which does not exceed 3%of the construction and installation cost of the project.The same project is only funded once.
