Intelligent construction is connected with digital technology at one end and construction engineering at the other.It is a"fusion"of the two.At the end of 2022,the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development announced 24 pilot cities for intelligent construction,which accelerated the pace of intelligent construction in China.However,there are still many constraints restricting development.For example,core equipment tools and technology autonomy are still weak,nearly 60%of enterprises use mainstream engineering design software from abroad,and 90%of high-end sensors required for the engineering Internet of Things rely on imports.Another example is that the information platform mainly depends on the independent development of enterprises,forming an independent and incompatible information"island".Another example is that the popularity of intelligent construction is not deep enough,and there is a lack of unified standards for intelligent manufacturing of steel beams,intelligent temperature control of concrete,intelligent steel processing plants,etc.
In this regard,we should accelerate the formation of an intelligent construction system covering the entire industrial chain of scientific research,design,production and processing,construction and assembly,and operation,focusing on the three key links of digital design,intelligent production,and intelligent construction.
Specifically,we should focus on digital design,consolidate the basis of standardization and digitalization,and create an Internet platform for the construction industry.Digitalization is the soul of intelligent construction.We should closely follow the market demand,accelerate the construction of digital design system represented by building information model(BIM),promote the integrated application in the whole life cycle of the project,strengthen the digital collaboration of design,production and construction,and promote the delivery and application of digital achievements.
Data design must be based on the big data foundation,and it is very important to consolidate the data foundation.We should promote the integrated application of the industrial Internet platform in the construction field,and develop applications around the specific directions of BIM and digital design,intelligent construction sites,and unmanned construction systems.Encourage cooperation among construction enterprises,Internet enterprises and scientific research institutes to strengthen the application of new generation information technology such as the Internet of Things,big data,cloud computing,artificial intelligence and blockchain.In this process,we should cultivate a number of industry-level,enterprise-level and project-level construction industry Internet platforms,and simultaneously build government supervision platforms.
Focus on intelligent production,develop prefabricated buildings,and strengthen the research of common technologies and key core technologies.Promote the establishment of a professional,large-scale and information-based production system based on standard parts.Develop diversified assembly components for different building types,and increase the integrated application of high-performance concrete,high-strength reinforcement and energy dissipation and vibration reduction technology.
The steel structure prefabricated building is the key point of development.We should promote the establishment of a general technical system for steel structure housing,and encourage schools,hospitals and other public buildings to give priority to the use of steel structure.Promote pipeline separation and integrated decoration technology,and promote the deep integration of prefabricated decoration and prefabricated buildings.The intelligent production scenario is broad,and the demand for technological innovation is large.We should strengthen the research and development,transfer,diffusion and commercial application of basic common technologies and key core technologies of intelligent construction,and accelerate breakthroughs in a number of core technologies such as modern process manufacturing of parts and components,intelligent control and optimization,new sensing,and engineering quality detection and monitoring.
Focus on intelligent construction,accelerate the development and application of construction robots,and promote green construction methods.Intelligent construction is the application integration based on digital design and intelligent production.It can focus on promoting the application of construction robots matching with prefabricated buildings to assist and replace"dangerous,complicated,dirty and heavy"construction operations.Promote intelligent engineering equipment such as intelligent tower crane and intelligent concrete pumping equipment.Accelerate and strengthen the research on core technologies of construction robots such as new sensing,intelligent control and optimization,multi-machine cooperation,human-machine cooperation,and form a batch of landmark products of construction robots.
In addition,green construction is the due meaning of intelligent construction,and its focus is on the construction link.Improve the level of refinement and intensification of construction,promote the reduction of construction waste at the construction site,promote the efficient treatment and reuse of construction waste,and explore the establishment of a green construction industrial chain integrating production,construction,resource recovery and reuse.We should further clarify the content of green construction and improve the standard system of green construction throughout the process.
