In an office area on the Bank of Xinglong lake,there is a roof garden of more than 8000 square meters,which is like putting a"sunscreen hat"on the building,reducing the urban heat island effect of the building.Moreover,the building has set up a daylighting patio,so that 87%of the functional rooms can meet the natural daylighting standard,and there is no need to turn on the lights during the day.The distributed photovoltaic power generation on the roof can not only provide lighting,but also charge electric vehicles...This is the first"near zero carbon building"in Chengdu recently opened-CSCEC Binhu design headquarters(CSCEC low-carbon smart demonstration office building).
More than 30 low-carbon technologies
Reduce carbon emissions by about 1027 tons/year
According to reports,the building has a total construction area of 78000 square meters and an aboveground construction area of 39000 square meters.The project is led by Liu Yi,chief architect of CSCEC southwest Design Institute,and built by various professional institutes.The whole process of BIM(building information model)design."We recognize that low-carbon building is not only the use of advanced equipment,but should run through the whole design itself.This project has adopted more than 30 low-carbon building technologies,including 9 leading technologies and 24 demonstration technologies."Yuan yuan,the key technology planning and implementation team of the project and the director of double carbon engineering technology research center of CSCEC Southwest Institute,introduced to reporters.
The data show that through the adoption of low-carbon building technology,the average annual energy consumption of CSCEC Binhu design headquarters is reduced to 40-80 kwh/m2 compared with the standard of 120 kwh/m2 of general office buildings in Chengdu,which can save 1.86 million kwh of electricity every year,about 1.5 million yuan and 1027 tons of carbon emissions every year.

In office power consumption,air conditioning is a large energy consumer.In addition to building a roof garden and vertical greening to cool the building,the special material glass used in the"coat"-curtain wall of the building saves 35%of air conditioning energy consumption compared with ordinary insulating glass.A lot of thought was also spent on the window design-the"weather tracking technology automatic control skylight"adopted in the building can be automatically opened according to the linkage of sensors,and the openable shutters increase the natural ventilation area.In the design,CFD(Computational Fluid Dynamics)is used to simulate the outdoor wind environment and make full use of natural ventilation;The"precooling ventilation technology"is also tested locally,and the mechanical fan is used for precooling ventilation in the transition season to further reduce energy consumption.
Rainwater collection pond is set in the basement of the building for plant irrigation and site flushing;At the same time,intelligent irrigation system is adopted to save water resources.According to the calculation,about 1700 tons of water can be reduced every year.
865 M2 photovoltaic power generation panel

In the building,the superposition of various technologies greatly reduces the building energy consumption,thus reducing the energy consumption in the operation process.
Taking electricity as an example,the lighting and computer power of the whole demonstration area on the first and second floors,as well as the lighting and charging of the basement,all come from the distributed photovoltaic power generation on the sixth and seventh floors of the building."The total area of distributed photovoltaic panels in the building is 865 square meters,with an installed capacity of 163 kW and an annual power generation of about 129000 kwh.The large energy storage room in the basement is equivalent to a'power bank'.In addition,the operation and maintenance system in the room can monitor the power generation and consumption in real time.For DC charging piles,we also plan to adopt two-way DC charging piles.In this way,employees can not only charge electric vehicles,but also charge the power storage devices in the building Reverse charging.We are also adding new photovoltaic panels to the roof of the building on the south side to expand the use area of DC power."Yuan Yuan said.It is estimated that building photovoltaic power generation alone can generate an income of 100000 yuan per year.
In addition,in the design,the daylighting problem of large space is simulated and analyzed,and the daylighting patio is set in the most favorable area to make 87%of the functional rooms meet the natural daylighting standard,so as to reduce the lighting during the day;The light pipe is set in the roof garden to guide the natural light into the room,which further reduces the lighting power consumption.At the same time,the sensing module of"Dali control system of station lighting"can sense the activity of personnel in the area,avoiding the situation that the office area is empty but the lights are bright.
Wang QingQin,vice president of China Building Energy Conservation Association and deputy director of the green building professional committee of China Urban Science Association,said that the pilot demonstration of the project in nearly zero energy consumption has set a good example for office buildings in the same climate zone to achieve a higher degree of green,health and zero carbon.
