  High-rise elevator MiC module(E series):new elevator project in Shenzhen Middle School Nigang Campus
 
  The project is located in the Nigang campus of Shenzhen Middle School.It adds elevators to four high-rise student dormitories.Each building adds two elevators with a total of eight 1.6-ton elevators and uses 108 MiC module units.The project is one of the highest modular elevator projects in China at present,and it is also the first high-rise building product in China to adopt the double elevator shaft MiC technology.CSCEC Hailong Technology has greatly shortened the construction period through the scientific deployment of the MiC green rapid construction technology and digital management system.
 
  The project is composed of five 28-storey,99.7-meter-high talent security houses.It is the first batch of high-rise residential projects adopting concrete MiC construction system in China,and is also one of the highest concrete MiC buildings in China.By adopting MiC construction technology,the project will become a green demonstration project:the production of construction waste per unit area is not more than 150 tons/10000 square meters,which is more than 75%less than the traditional construction mode;The material loss is reduced by about 25%compared with the traditional construction mode;The carbon emission intensity is more than 25%higher than the benchmark building emission reduction rate;Sewage discharge reaches 100%;The energy consumption is reduced by more than 30%compared with the national standard.
 
  The project is located on the east side of Guanhai Road,Laishan District,Yantai City.It is planned to build two 20-storey,77.8-meter steel modular buildings with a total construction area of 117000 square meters.In terms of scientific and technological innovation,the project uses the new modular building grouting connection node technology independently developed by CSCEC Hailong Technology to realize the rigid connection between MiC module units,breaking through the technical bottleneck of high-rise construction caused by connection node problems in the past steel structure prefabricated buildings,and will become a landmark project and modular building technology demonstration project for the industrialization of new buildings in China after completion.
 
  I-BOX micro-building is the first MiC building in China with the function of utilizing hydrogen energy and photovoltaic power generation.It uses green buildings for direct and flexible power supply,hydrogen energy,solar power generation and battery energy storage.It can realize self-supply of energy for more than 7 days without leaving the municipal power grid.At the same time,the product is equipped with an integrated system of water storage,water purification and micro sewage treatment independently innovated and developed by CSCEC Hailong Technology.The kitchen and sanitary sewage after treatment reaches the Class A discharge standard and can be directly discharged outdoors.In addition,the product adopts capillary cooling and heating radiation air conditioning system,achieving the goal of constant temperature,constant humidity,constant oxygen,constant cleanness and constant static.
