In July 2020,the Ministry of housing and urban rural development and other 13 departments jointly issued the"guiding opinions on promoting the coordinated development of intelligent construction and building industrialization",which defined the guiding ideology and development goals of the development of intelligent construction,as well as the timetable and road map.By 2025,China's policy system and industrial system for the coordinated development of intelligent construction and building industrialization will be basically established,promoting the formation of a number of leading intelligent construction enterprises and creating an upgraded version of"built in China";By 2035,the overall advantages of the industry will be significantly enhanced,and the core competitiveness of"build China"will take the lead in the world and enter the ranks of intelligent construction world powers.Over the past two years since the implementation of the opinions,housing and urban rural construction departments around the country have actively cultivated new technologies,new industries,new formats and new models of intelligent construction from the aspects of policy support,project implementation and technology research and development,promoted the construction of a number of pilot demonstration projects,formed a number of typical service cases,and achieved certain results.
Explore a new path first
Over the past two years,the Ministry of housing and urban rural development has steadily promoted intelligent construction by focusing on pilot projects,case collection,experience promotion and other work,focused on solving key problems that restrict the high-quality development of the construction industry,such as extensive production methods,labor shortages,and large resource and energy consumption,promoted the industrialization,digitization,and intelligent transformation of the construction industry,and worked hard to find a new path for the development of intelligent construction suitable for China's national conditions.
In February 2021,the Ministry of housing and urban rural development selected seven projects in Guangdong,Shanghai and Chongqing to carry out intelligent construction pilot projects,aiming to improve the quality,safety,efficiency and quality of the project,and create a number of replicable and popularized model projects.At present,the overall progress of the pilot project is smooth and the results are beginning to show,with a total investment of more than 9billion yuan.Some projects have initially achieved the dynamic correlation between construction progress and building information model(BIM),remote real-time supervision and dynamic early warning of high-risk construction links.
In July,the general office of the Ministry of housing and urban rural development issued the list of replicable experiences and practices for the coordinated development of intelligent construction and new industrialization(the first batch),summarizing and promoting 38 replicable experiences in six aspects:developing digital design,promoting intelligent production,promoting intelligent construction,building an Internet platform for the construction industry,developing and applying intelligent construction equipment,strengthening overall coordination and policy support.
In September,the construction market supervision department of the Ministry of housing and urban rural development and the equipment industry department of the Ministry of industry and information technology jointly organized an exchange meeting to promote the R&D and application of construction robots.Academician Ding lieyun and other experts as well as more than 150 Representatives from construction enterprises,robot and intelligent equipment manufacturers,scientific research institutions and other units had in-depth exchanges on the R&D and application of construction robots.
In November,the general office of the Ministry of housing and Urban Rural Development released the first batch of 124 typical cases of innovative services for new technologies and new products of intelligent construction,comprehensively showing the latest practical achievements of the integrated development of the new generation of information technology and the construction industry.
In May this year,the Ministry of housing and urban rural development decided to solicit and select some cities to carry out intelligent construction pilot projects,accelerate the formation of a replicable and replicable policy system,development path and supervision mode,and play a demonstration and leading role in comprehensively promoting the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry and promoting high-quality development.
Policy support stimulates new vitality
In order to implement the work deployment of the Ministry of housing and urban rural development,Guangdong,Sichuan,Chongqing,Qingdao and other places have issued Implementation Opinions and support policies for intelligent construction in combination with local actual conditions to promote the implementation of various tasks.
Guangdong proposes to establish an intelligent construction evaluation grade identification system.For those who meet the corresponding grade standards of intelligent construction,the construction unit is encouraged to give a certain proportion of rewards to the construction unit according to the investment saved by adopting intelligent construction technology.Sichuan proposed to support the component manufacturers to carry out the technical transformation and upgrading of the first set of automation,intelligence and informatization for the production line of standardized components and parts.Through the identification and publication of the first set of catalogue,a reward of no more than 10million yuan will be given.Chongqing proposed that the incremental cost of intelligent construction projects should be taken into account when recording commodity housing prices.Qingdao proposed that the construction enterprises participating in the construction of intelligent construction pilot demonstration projects should be given credit assessment plus points,and the national excellence awards should be given priority.
All regions will gradually tilt the existing industrial support policies to the field of intelligent construction,create a good development environment for promoting the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry,and further stimulate the vitality of the construction industry.
Enabling science and technology to cultivate new business forms
Artificial intelligence,big data,Internet of things and other new generation information technologies are integrated into the construction industry,providing a"shortcut"for the transformation of the construction industry.All regions have achieved preliminary results in the R&D and application of intelligent construction equipment such as digital design,intelligent production,intelligent construction,construction industry internet construction and construction robots.
In terms of digital design,BIM Technology is taken as the starting point to promote digital design and realize virtual construction and refined management of engineering projects.Guangzhou uses BIM model to improve the construction supervision and completion acceptance filing in the construction and completion acceptance stages.Vanke Group has developed the"Wanyi AI review"system to assist in the review of construction drawings,covering architecture,water supply and drainage,etc.,to achieve batch automatic review.
In terms of intelligent production,the digital design results are used as the carrier to drive the factory equipment to complete intelligent production,so that the design data can directly guide the factory production and building operation and maintenance;Through the real-time connection and intelligent interaction between factory production and construction site,the automation of intelligent production scheduling,construction scheduling and other data flow can be realized.At present,CSCEC technology,CSCEC science and engineering,Meihao real estate,Sany group and other companies have built a number of prefabricated component intelligent factories,which has improved the production efficiency and quality of standardized components.The assembled decoration wallboard production line in Tianjin Binhai New Area has realized the intelligent production of wall and floor coating,with the production efficiency increased by more than 30%and the energy consumption per unit output value reduced by more than 10%.
In terms of intelligent construction,smart construction site is the centralized expression of intelligent construction technology.Through the comprehensive use of big data,Internet of things,cloud computing and other information technologies,construction management can be perceived,decided and predicted.Last year,all construction sites in Wuxi with a construction period of more than 3 months deployed smart site management systems,including real name face capture system,dust online monitoring system,dangerous large project monitoring system,etc.The smart site management system developed by Guanglianda realizes the digitalization,online and intellectualization of the whole process and elements of project construction,and improves the efficiency of comprehensive management and collaboration of the project.
In terms of Internet construction in the construction industry,as the"neural network"of intelligent construction,the construction industry internet relies on open networks to closely connect construction sites and construction units to achieve data collection,data processing and intelligent decision-making.Hunan Province invested 15million yuan of financial funds to establish a unified prefabricated building intelligent construction platform across the province.Enterprises use this platform to initially realize standardized design schemes,one click mapping,and one click import of design data into factories for automatic production scheduling.The intelligent construction platform developed by CSCEC technology connects BIM software and intelligent factory production system,and realizes the whole process traceability management of prefabricated component design,logistics,quality acceptance,etc.
In terms of intelligent construction equipment such as construction robots,Foshan Shunde Fengtong garden project has developed and applied construction robots such as measurement,spraying,paving,cloth distribution,transportation and cleaning to replace"dangerous,complicated,dirty and heavy"construction operations.The high-rise building construction equipment integration platform developed by China Construction Third Engineering Bureau integrates the functions of external protective frame,hydraulic distributor,formwork hanging,pipeline spraying,etc.,and solves the problems existing in traditional construction,such as low vertical transportation efficiency,difficult equipment layout,poor flow construction coordination,and low safety assurance degree.
At present,the construction industry is undergoing profound changes,and intelligent construction is the general trend.From policy support to implementation,from pilot projects to pilot cities,the opportunities and challenges brought by intelligent construction coexist.In the foreseeable future,intelligent construction will lead the construction industry to take the road of transformation.
